As long as it’s an eligible item and within 60 days of the original order, we can get you set up with an exchange or even a refund. To be considered eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, email a receipt or proof of purchase. In doing so, you will receive complete details with where to send your gear. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


We take about 2-7 business days to create your gear. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination, either 3-5 business days via USPS or 3-8 business days via FedEx SmartPost. We do our best to get you your gear as soon as possible. In fact, 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
